Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or financial benefits to persons who issued sports betting tickets or similar things and predicted the result thereof.

The Defendants, along with C (Suspension of Prosecution on the same day) and C, had the mind to operate an illegal sports soil site, and Defendant A had the overall control over the management of funds, such as investment in some funds necessary for the site operation, management of revenue deposit and withdrawal of revenue in Korea, and receipt of revenue from the exchanger business entity.
