1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity of Defendants B and C, shall issue sports betting tickets or similar things (including the issuance by means of information and communications networks) and provide property or property benefits to persons who win the betting results;

Nevertheless, in collusion with T, U, etc., the Defendants planned to open an illegal sports soil site at the Vietnam Ethymian Republic to provide it to domestic and foreign members.

Accordingly, T shall exercise overall control over the operation of the illegal sports soil site. U, from August 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016, opened “V andW” a private sports soil site in Vietnam and provided it to its members at home and abroad, and from the members of the above site, 17 accounts of the National Bank of Korea (78940101592967) in the name of the limited liability company (7), 585,853,973 won transferred from 17 accounts to 17 accounts, such as 17,50,000,000 won, and 15,000,000 won from 2.5,000 to 2.5,000,000 won, and 15,000,000 won from 2.5,000,000 won from 2.5,000 won from 37,000 won from 37,000 won.
