Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person operating the “E” in Kimpo-si D, and is a farmer selected as a subsidized business operator of the 201 livestock shed facility modernization project (hereinafter “instant subsidized project”) supervised by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs in 201.
