Punishment of the crime

3. On July 21, 2014, at around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) operated by the Victim J in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; (b) was committed as if the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the drinking value; and (c) was provided by the victim with the alcohol and the alcohol equivalent to KRW 5.60,00 at the market price and acquired it by deception.

4. On July 20, 2014, around 23:45, the Defendant received a sum of KRW 220,000 won from the victim M in the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City L, and acquired it through deception, despite the Defendant’s lack of intent and ability to pay food costs due to failure to possess cash or a credit card, etc. for payment, the Defendant received the victim’s alcohol and alcohol order, and obtained it by deceptioning the amount equivalent to KRW 1 disease, KRW 65,00,00.
