A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Fraud;

A. On December 16, 2014, at around 00:11, the Defendant issued a three-story of the Victim C’s Operation in Kimhae-si Kimhae-si, a three-story of the 3th floor, and the fact that the Defendant, despite having no intent or ability to pay the price despite the fact that he/she does so, ordered both weeks to pay the drinking value, and that he/she received alcohol and alcohol equivalent to the total market value of 1.90,000 won from the victim and acquired it by deception.

B. On December 16, 2014, at around 03:00, the Defendant issued an order to operate the Victim F in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, stating that the Defendant would pay the alcohol value despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the said price even if he/she orders the alcohol, alcohol, etc., and ordered two sicks and aljus, etc., and that he/she was provided with the victim with alcohol and alju equivalent to the total market value of 3.80,000 won.

C. On December 19, 2014, at around 00:0, the Defendant: (a) ordered the victim I (the 55-year-old), who was on the 5th floor of HA building in Kimhae-si; (b) the Defendant, despite having no intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she orders alcohol, alcohol, and alcohol, issued orders as if he/she would pay the price; and (c) the Defendant, who received the order from the victim, 220,000 won in total of the market price.

2. 강제추행 피고인은 제1의 다항 기재 일시, 장소에서, 피해자 I가 술값을 지불하지 않고 도망가려는 피고인을 붙잡자, 오른손을 피해자의 상의 속으로 집어넣고 피해자의 왼쪽 젖꼭지를 비틀어 피해자를 강제로 추행하였다.

On December 15, 2008, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million by the Changwon District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on August 25, 2014, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 3 million by the same court as a fine for the same crime.

On June 23, 2015, the Defendant was a head of the autonomous police station located in the Cheong-dong, Kim Jong-si around 23:25.
