A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 17, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for habitual fraud at the Incheon District Court on November 17, 201 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on January 9, 2013.

1. On February 13, 2013, around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) viewed the victim D, operated by the victim D in Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, to pay the drinking value normally; and (b) ordered the victim to provide alcohol and alcohol.

However, the Defendant did not have any intent and ability to pay the drinking value to the victim because there was no money in water.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 40,000 won a total of 40,000 won and 40,000 won from the victim, respectively, from around March 23, 2013, from that time, the Defendant received a delivery of 640,000 won and her share in total at least four times, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

2. On February 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 20:00, at the victim G in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City’s main point of “H”, the Defendant: (b) was engaged in as if he did not have an intent or ability to pay the price of alcoholic beverages; (c) was ordered to pay the price of alcoholic beverages; and (d) was provided by the victim with an alcoholic beverage amounting to KRW 529,00,00 in total, including the market price of the two diseases, beer, beer, and beer than 10,000.

3. On March 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 07:00, at the K stores operated by the Victim J in Nam-gu Incheon, the Defendant placed an alcoholic beverage as if he had no intent or ability to pay the price of alcoholic beverages; (b) ordered the alcoholic beverage to pay the price of alcoholic beverages; and (c) obtained it from the victim with an alcoholic beverage amounting to KRW 414,00,00 in total, including the market price of Scarblus 3 bottles, beverages, beer, and beer.

4. On February 21, 2013, the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the price from the 23:00 to the 03:00 on February 22, 2013 to the nju operated by the victim M in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City L.
