All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. Although examining the prosecutor’s grounds of appeal based on the records and evidence, the first instance judgment convicting the Defendant on the violation of the Automobile Management Act among the instant facts charged is reversed, and the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the violation of the Automobile Management Act, as otherwise alleged in the grounds of appeal.

2. As to the Defendant’s appeal, the Defendant did not submit an appellate brief within the statutory period, and the Defendant did not state the grounds for objection in the petition of appeal.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
