All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. Examining the evidence duly admitted and examined by the lower court on Defendant A’s grounds of appeal, the lower court was justifiable to have determined that the lower court convicted the Defendant of both the charge of bribery as of March 4, 201 among the facts charged in the instant case and the abandonment of duties on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

There is no error of exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or of misapprehending the relevant legal principles.

2. As to Defendant B’s appeal, the Defendant did not submit the appellate brief within the statutory period, and the Defendant did not state the grounds for objection in the petition of appeal.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
