All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. As to the prosecutor’s grounds of appeal, the lower court upheld the first instance judgment that acquitted the Defendant on the grounds that the instant facts charged (excluding the part concerning the charge of oil) constituted final and conclusive judgment.

The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and records, there is no error of misapprehending the legal principles as to blanket crimes, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

2. As to the Defendant’s appeal, the Defendant did not submit an appellate brief within the statutory period, and the Defendant did not state the grounds for objection in the petition of appeal.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
