A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Evidence of seizure Nos. 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, and 17 shall be confiscated, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

On April 19, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, etc. in the Seo-gu District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court on April 19, 201, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on August 20, 201

1. On the ground that the Defendant listened to the method of forging a currency from Vietnamese (one-person E), which had been directed to his life without a certain occupation, while proceeding to his life, he acquired the method of forging a currency using a blade copy via Internet search, and used it to forge and use a currency.

On January 25, 2015, at around 14:00, the Defendant added one paper to be purchased in advance for the purpose of exercising at the Defendant’s residence located in Seo-gu, Daegu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, for the purpose of uttering, and then copied the front of the 10,000 original paper issued by the Bank of Korea of Korea “BL7365359A” on serial numbers, first copy of the front paper of the 10,000 original paper, and then forged 40 copies of the original paper issued by the Bank of Korea using knife and knife so that the front paper can be identical with the front of the original paper.

In addition, from around that time to February 8, 2015, the Defendant forged a total of 120 copies of the four serial numbers issued by the Bank of Korea three times in total, as shown in attached Table 1, from around that time.

2. On January 27, 2015, the Defendant presented a false letter of 10,00 won paper, “BL7365359A”, which was forged, as set out in paragraph 1, under the pretext of purchasing tobacco from “I” in front of the Haa Daegu Hagu Hagu Hagu, Seo-gu, Seogu, G, as if the Defendant was a genuine currency.

In addition, from around that time to February 16:30 of 2015, the Defendant exercised a total of 10,000 won, which was forged in Chapter 30 times in total, as shown in Annex 2 of the List of Crimes.

3. The Defendant is located in Daegu-gu G on January 27, 2015, around 13:00.
