A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 2016, the Defendant: (a) forged a paper paper without any particular occupation to use it as living expenses, etc. for the purpose of using it as a living expenses, etc., without any specific occupation.

1. Alteration of a currency;

A. On January 1, 2016, the Defendant forged one copy of the above paper in a way that he copied the two sides of the original paper of the Bank of Korea issued by using a local photographer copy (Serial number DH792206K), which was located inside the house of the Defendant’s mother-friendly D located in Daegu Seo-gu, Seo-gu, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged the land abolition of the Republic of Korea used for the purpose of exercising the right.

B. From early April 2016 to the 17th day of the same month, the Defendant forged 36 copies of KRW 36,000,000 issued by the Bank of Korea, which were issued by the Bank of Korea 36 times in total, as shown in the attached Table (1) of crimes, in the same manner as the preceding paragraph, at the house inside the house of the said D.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged the land abolition of the Republic of Korea used for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. Counterfeiting counterfeited currencies;

A. On January 5, 2016, around 13:54, the Defendant: (a) purchased a OOO store located in Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, one 1,000 breg, and exercised at the price, one breging breging f, which was forged as provided in paragraph 1(a).

B. On April 11, 2016, at around 13:30, the Defendant: (a) moved to a bus bus No. 405 at the bus stop place in front of the Sam-gu New Airport, Daegu Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoul, for the purpose of paying bus charges by inserting one sheet of 1,000 won (TT103415 K) in cash, which is forged as set forth in subparagraph 1(b).

In addition, from that time until the 17th day of the same month, the Defendant exercised 13 copies of a total of 13 times, such as a list of crimes (2) in attached Table 13.

3. On April 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) taken aboard the bus No. 2-b) at the bus stops around 10:10 on April 19, 201; and (b) forged as set forth in paragraph 1-b.
