On January 18, 2013, at around 01:59, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.262% on the roads located in the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul), driven a C Costaex vehicle with approximately 200 meters up to the roads of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jin-dong 241-17.
