Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 9, 2012, around 22:40, the Defendant driven a B low-speed vehicle owned by the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol leveling to approximately 0.082% in the section of about 1km from the roads near the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Eunpyeong-gu to the roads 241-17, Jinna-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul.
