Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 16, 2013, at around 05:27, the Defendant driven B SP vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.123% of blood alcohol concentration at the section of approximately 1.5 km from the front of the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan Embb (W), Jindong 320 underground parking lots.
