2. On October 17, 2019, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant will send the money to the victim with the transfer of the money,” with access to the Internet website B bulletin board, and posted by the victim F.”

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the goods.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 50,00 won from the victim to the G account in his own name on the same day, and acquired it as the price for goods.

3. On October 30, 2019, the Defendant sent a false statement to the effect that “to sell game items I,” and reported it to the victim J by visiting the Internet H site at an irregular site.”

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the goods.

The Defendant, as such, deceiving the victim and deceiving him on the same day from the victim.
