I. Defendant C’s work period and position began to work for G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”) around February 18, 1978, and was in charge of management strategy duties by being promoted as executive officers around July 2005. Around December 2008, he was promoted to former office and had overall control over G’s work. Around December 2009, he was promoted to the representative director and had overall control over the above company’s work from March 18, 2006 to the date of indictment. Defendant A was registered as a director in the corporate register of the above company from March 18, 2006 to the date of entry into the headquarters in the year of 1982, Defendant A started to work as the head office in charge of business operation in the year of 190, 1990 to the head office in the year of 190, 2005.
Since January 2012, the head of the relevant company's headquarters was in charge of general affairs related to its business from January 18, 201 to December 201, and was registered as a director in the corporate registry from March 18, 201. Defendant D had been in charge of sales planning 2 teams from January 2006 to February 2008, the head of the sales planning 2 teams from January 2008 to December 2009, and the head of the sales planning 2 teams from January 201 to December 2012, 202, and Defendant E had been in charge of the sales planning 2 teams from around December 201 to December 201, 200 to the above head office. Defendant D had been in charge of the sales planning 2 teams from around January 2006 to December 208, 200 to the above head office. Defendant E had been in charge of the sales planning 3rd of the company.
On the other hand, the O is the head of the branch office of the above company from January 2009 to December 201, 201, while P is the head of the branch office of the above company from January 2009 to December 201.
