On March 29, 2004, A, a company registered in the KOSDAQ (hereinafter referred to as “R”) was established by and after the establishment of a public corporation by non-X and 13 common telecommunications business entities affiliated with the WY, and was registered in the YG, and worked as a joint representative director of the RR from March 9, 2009 to March 19, 2012. From March 9, 2009 to March 27, 2009, A was in charge of overall business of the said company as a director of the Information and Communications Work Company from January 27, 199 (hereinafter referred to as “S”), and was in charge of overall business of the SB company as a representative director of the Information and Communications Work Company from April 24, 2012 to October 24, 2012, and thereafter, he/she has been in charge of overall business of the SB company as the representative director of the Information and Communications Work Company as the representative director of the SBA (hereinafter referred to as “U”).
A as of August 11, 2014, currently holds 16.92% of R/S shares, 60.19% of S/S shares, and 100% of U shares. In addition, from November 201, 2012, Defendant A began to purchase the shares of the said company in order to acquire management rights of the KOSDAQ-registered corporation, which is a KOSDAQ-registered corporation operating the three-saw business. However, Defendant A failed to obtain management rights at a temporary general meeting of shareholders held on February 28, 2013, and thereafter secured management rights on January 2014 at the end of the purchase of the shares of the said company. As of August 11, 2014, Defendant A exercises substantial management rights as the largest shareholder of the said company.

B In December 2, 1990, after retirement from office as a public official of Grade VI in the Communications Policy Bureau of the Ministry of Communications, the Z [Revised Trade Name: AA] entered the Z as an executive director on December 2004 and promoted to the vice president around March 2009, and thereafter retired from office on December 2012, 201, and thereafter, as the representative director of the AB-affiliated Corporation, which is a KOSDAQ-listed company, was employed as the U representative director from May 29, 2013 to March.
