A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. On August 21, 2018, around 20:58, the Defendant was in front of the 3 female toilets of the Goung-gu Seoul Metropolitan City B commercial building B, and the Defendant invaded into the toilet, which is a public use place used by many unspecified women, for the purpose of meeting his/her sexual desire.

B. At around 21:18 of the same day as the foregoing paragraph, the Defendant intruded into the toilet inside the same place as described in the above paragraph (a), with a view to meeting his sexual desire, in the same manner as described in the above paragraph (a).

2. On August 28, 2018, the Defendant discovered C (M, 17 years of age), and D (18 years of age) emitted from a female toilet located adjacent to the above male toilet, around 21:20, in front of the 3rd male toilet for the 3rd male toilet for the 201st male, G (M, 17 years of age), and found the brue and 18 years of age, and let him look at it by hand after cutting the sexual organ.
