Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Infringed places for sexual purposes);

A. At around 02:00 on July 13, 2020, the Defendant intruded into a female toilet, which is a multiple-use place on the first floor of the Sungwon-si B building, with a view to meeting his sexual desire, with a view to taking the image of female seeing the breath as follows, as set forth in paragraph 2(a).

B. At around 02:08 on the same day, the Defendant invadedd women’s toilets as described in the foregoing paragraph (a) in order to satisfy their sexual desire, with a view to taking the image of female seeing the balle, as set out in paragraph (2) below.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);

A. At the time and time stated in the above paragraph 1-A, the Defendant: (a) taken the victim’s name and unsatisf (n) who could cause a sense of sexual shame by putting the Defendant’s mobile phone camera in front of the lower part; and (b) taken the image to see the Defendant’s side.

B. At the time, at the place specified in Paragraph 1-b above, the Defendant sought to take the victim C (at the age of 27) who could cause a sense of sexual shame by putting the Defendant’s cell phone camera in upper partitionss (at the age of 27) and to take the appearance of melting the side against the victim’s will, but did not have the intent to discover and sound the cell phone but did not have such intent.
