A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than six months for the first and second crimes in which he/she held a defendant, and by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than four months for the third crimes.

Punishment of the crime

On September 6, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for night buildings, intrusion, theft, etc. at the Suwon District Court on September 6, 2019, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 17, 2019.

1. On July 31, 2019, around 00:50 on July 31, 2019, the Defendant came to the first female toilet of the commercial building B in Gyeonggi-si, Gambling-si, Gambing-si, and, on the premise of being self-defensed by women, invaded into the second column of the above female toilet, with a view to meeting their sexual desire.

On May 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 00:28, when viewed that women were in the one-story public toilets of the 1st floor of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C building, and the Defendant was waiting to enter the studio and waited in the studio partition on his own mind; (b) around 01:33 on the same day, the Defendant followed the two sides of the victim D (one, half, and 22 years old), followed the two sides of the victim; and (c) laid down the studs, thereby leaving the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on public use places for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire.

3. On March 11, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened an office door in which the office keys was set up in the power distribution box E in front of the F office located in the G office in the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do; and (b) intruded into it, and carried out one unit of office, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 300,000,000,000 won, owned by the victim G.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.
