A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Single-criminal conduct;

A. A. On March 31, 2013, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act and the Defendant paid KRW 150,000 to Asan City “E” located in Asan City, and presented the No.C. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F.C. card which was stolen and possessed, to the victim’s name in advance, and settled the check as if he was the lawful holder of the said C.C. card.

Accordingly, the defendant used stolen debit cards, and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to 150,000 won by deceiving the victim.

In addition, on March 31, 2013, the Defendant used a stolen debit card on three occasions, such as the list of crimes (1) in the attached Form No. 2013, and acquired a total of 751,000 won from the victims.

B. Around 03:00 on April 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at a bus stop office located in the front of the H Hospital located in Asan-si G, Asan-si; (b) laid the stone in the vicinity in its glass windows; and (c) invaded into the ticket office, and carried the victim I’s market price into the ticket office.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by destroying a part of the structure at night and impairing it.

C. Around 03:13 on April 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) destroyed and damaged a lock by breaking up the door gate, which was prepared in advance, in order to steals an article from the H Hospital building managed by the J of G victims of Asan City; and (b) invaded by the door, but the emergency bell was broken out.

As a result, the Defendant attempted to steal the victim's property by destroying a part of the structure at night and impairing the gate, but did not bring about such intent, but did not commit an attempted crime.

On June 9, 2013, the Defendant, at night, entered a pents in the corridor leading to the first floor and the second floor of the K Station in Asan-si on June 22:23, 2013.
