Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of two years and by a short term of one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. An attempted special thief;

A. On March 3, 2018, the Defendant, at around 03:00, set off a glass door from the “E” of the victim D’s operation in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, with a view to cutting down a mobile phone stored in the store (40cm in total) with a view to cutting down a mobile phone, but failed to achieve that purport because the glass door was not broken.

Accordingly, the Defendant attempted to steal the property of the victim by destroying the entrance of the structure that the victim can receive at night, and by intrusioning on it at night.

B. On March 4, 2018, at around 03:00, the Defendant fleded from the “H mobile phone store,” which was located in Daejeon Middle-gu, Daejeon, the victim G, with a view to thefting the cell phone stored in the store, by citing a stone away from the floor for the purpose of cutting down the cell phone. However, the Defendant escaped from the wind that the security company warning is not broken, without a glass door.

Accordingly, the Defendant attempted to steal the property of the victim by destroying the entrance of the structure that the victim can receive at night, and by intrusioning on it at night.

On March 4, 2018, the Defendant escaped from the “K mobile phone store,” which was operated by the victim J on March 4, 2018, around Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, with a view to cutting off the cell phone stored in the store, and a stone, which was left away from the floor for the purpose of cutting off the cell phone stored in the store. However, the Defendant escaped from the wind that the warning of the security company is not broken off.

Accordingly, the Defendant attempted to steal the property of the victim by destroying the entrance of the structure that the victim can receive at night, and by intrusioning on it at night.

On March 4, 2018, the Defendant fleded from the "N" Handphone store operated by the victim M in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and from the door that was left away from the floor for the purpose of theft of mobile phones stored in the store. However, the Defendant escaped from the wind that the warning of the security company is not broken.
