Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in any other Act, no person who intends to use and manage any access medium shall borrow, store, deliver or distribute any access medium while requiring or promising to receive compensation;
Nevertheless, on July 2018, the Defendant: (a) from an influent person using the name “E” conversation name “E” for mobile phone display “E”, the Defendant collected the physical card from the nominal owner of the physical card while traveling the place according to the delivery order, and deliver it to the place in receipt of the order, or send it to the person who sent it. Nevertheless, there is a need to do so.
