1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

The following facts do not conflict between the parties, or may be acknowledged based on Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3, and the result of the request to the president of the Central University Hospital of this Court for the examination of each of the medical records by this Court, based on the overall purport of the arguments.

On March 11, 2012, the relevant network J (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) of the parties: (a) divided the Plaintiff B from the Lwon located in the Busan Western-gu, where the Defendants serve as the Defendants (hereinafter “Defendant Council member”); and (b) transferred the Plaintiff into the Dong University Hospital on April 7, 2012; and (c) died on April 7, 2012; and (d) Plaintiff A’s husband and Plaintiff B are the deceased’s husband and the deceased’s deceased.

나. 망인의 내원 및 입원 경위 1) 망인은 임신 31주차인 2012. 1. 13.부터 피고 의원에 내원하여 산전검사를 받아 왔는데, 2012. 3. 9.까지 피고 의원 의료진이 실시한 산전검사의 내용과 그 결과는 아래와 같다. 2012. 1. 13. 임신 31주차 - 혈압 측정(정상), 요화학검사(정상), 초음파검사(정상) 2012. 1. 27. 임신 33주차 - 혈압 측정(정상), 요화학검사(정상), 초음파검사(정상) 2012. 2. 9. 임신 35주차 - 혈압 측정(정상), 요화학검사(정상), 초음파검사(정상), 혈액검사(경도 빈혈, Hb 9.5g/㎗), 흉부 촬영(정상), 심전도검사(정상) 2012. 2. 24. 임신 37주차 - 혈압 측정(정상), 요화학검사(정상), 초음파검사(정상), 태아 모니터링검사(정상) 2012. 3. 2. 임신 38주차 - 혈압 측정(정상), 요화학검사(정상), 초음파검사(정상), 태아 모니터링검사(정상) 2012. 3. 9. 임신 39주차 - 혈액검사(경도 빈혈, Hb 9.8g/㎗), 요화학검사(요단백 ) 2) 2012. 3. 9. 실시한 요화학검사에서 요단백이 확인되자, 피고 의원 의료진은 이에 대하여 자간전증(임신중독증, Pre-eclampsia)으로 진단하고, 유도분만을 시행하기 위하여 망인을 피고 의원에 입원시켰다.
