1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 80,968,595 to Plaintiff A, KRW 81,982,910 to Plaintiff B, and KRW 2,50,000 to Plaintiff C, and the above.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Defendants are the Hbane patients in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City (hereinafter “instant hospital”)
(2) On August 6, 2014, Plaintiff B is a person who had given birth to the king surgery on April 15, 2015 (hereinafter “the deceased”), and Plaintiff B is the husband of Plaintiff B, and Plaintiff C is a sibling of Plaintiff A and B, who is a deceased child.
B. On August 6, 2014, Plaintiff B was diagnosed as pregnant as a result of the instant hospital on August 6, 2014. From that date, Plaintiff B had undergone a regular pre-ception examination at the instant hospital over 22 occasions until he/she gave birth to the deceased child on April 15, 2015. (2) Plaintiff B was under the pre-ception examination at the instant hospital and was under the pre-ception test on November 29, 2014 (No 20 parking day) and was under the pre-ception test on November 29, 2014 (No 1, 200 parking day). In this case, Plaintiff B was diagnosed as having no abnormal opinion.
3) As a result of a pregnant urology test conducted on January 2, 2015 (A1st day of pregnancy 26) and on the 10th day of the same month (the first day of pregnancy 26th day), Plaintiff B adjusted her pregnant urology A1 to her blood transfusion through food control and physical exercise, and Plaintiff B confirmed her blood transfusion regularly with meculium. Plaintiff B was diagnosed as having undergone a meculous surgery on January 24, 2015 (the first day of pregnancy 28th day of the same month); Plaintiff B was diagnosed as having undergone a meculic surgery on November 29, 2014 (the first day of pregnancy 28th day of the same month); Plaintiff 1 was diagnosed as having not undergone a meculium 27th day of the first day of the first day of the second day of the same month (the first day of the first day of the first day of the same year); Plaintiff 37th day of the first day of the same me.
