Punishment of the crime

Public duty personnel shall not desert from their service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.

From November 17, 2011, the Defendant is serving as public interest service personnel at the Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from June 25, 2012 to June 26, 2012 (2), left service without justifiable grounds for a total of 11 days from July 25, 2012 (1), May 27, 2013 to May 28, 2013 (2), and May 31, 2013 to May 5 (6 days) of the following month.
