Punishment of the crime

Public interest service personnel (current title social service personnel) shall not leave their service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, while serving as public interest service personnel at the Asan Police Station located in the Asia-si, the Defendant left from around August 6, 2012 to the 9th day of the same month, from around 11:00 of the same month to 18:00 of the same month, and from the 13th day of the same month, from the 16th day of the same month to the 17th day of the same month without justifiable grounds.

Accordingly, the defendant, as a public interest service personnel, has deserted his service for at least eight days without any justifiable reason.
