1. Defendant A and B

(a) Defendant A and B shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

(b) provided that this ruling has become final and conclusive, respectively;

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

On March 26, 2015, A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for a violation of the Control of Firearms, Swords, Explosives, etc. Act by the vice branch of the Incheon District Court. On October 19, 2015, A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years.

No person other than those permitted to possess a gun shall sell a gun, and a gun dealer shall transfer or take over a gun from others than those permitted to possess a gun, and no person shall possess a gun without permission therefor.

1. Distribution of ionolycera beta shot guns;

A. Defendant B, Defendant B, and Defendant B, together with the Defendants Company B sold KRW 2,50,000 to C the ethic shot gun operated by the Defendants located in Busan-si, Busan-si around March 2013.

Accordingly, Defendant B and A conspired to transfer guns to C without obtaining permission to possess guns.

B. Defendant C, D, and J purchased and possessed one of the above hunting guns from March 2013, and requested Defendant D to identify the shot gun in May 2014, and Defendant D knew about the shot gun, Defendant D sent the shot gun to Defendant J, who was known to the shot, and Defendant J accepted the k’s consent. Defendant D sold the shot gun to K in the Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, at around that time.

Accordingly, Defendant C, D, and J conspireded to sell guns without obtaining permission for gun sales business.

C. Defendant K purchased one of the above hunting guns from May 2014, and possessed it, and around October 2014, Defendant K sold at KRW 2.5 million to L from the Masan-gun, Magnam-gun, Magcheon-gun, Magcheon-do.

Accordingly, Defendant K sold guns without obtaining permission for gun sales business. D.

Defendant

The Defendant L with a firearms without permission of L, G, and D purchased one of the above hunting guns from October 2014 and possessed it in 2015.
