Criminal facts

A person who intends to operate or possess a sales business of guns, swords, explosives, etc. shall obtain permission from the competent authority, and no person shall possess a capt gun that can be similar to a gun.

1. Defendant A

A. On April 3, 2015, the Defendant possessed explosives without obtaining permission from the competent authorities, on April 3, 2015, even though 400 ball cartridgess that can be possessed to be used for the permitted purpose, by a person who obtained permission for possession of firearms in the Defendant’s residence in Namyang-si, Namyang-si.

E. On April 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) on April 3, 2015, kept 0.061km energy from the Defendant’s residence to 0.061km; and (b) possessed a mother gun.

2. Defendant B, around February 11, 2015, within the experience center of the two parts of the above union and the building attached thereto, as well as KRW 1.
