A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 24, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective weapon, etc.) at the Daejeon District Court on August 24, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 1, 2013.
