A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant committed the following crimes under the status that the defendant has no ability to discern things or lacks ability to make decisions due to divided personality disorders, etc.:

1. On February 11, 2018, around 15:13, 2018, the Defendant purchased 10 C C C at the D convenience store located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and on the same day, purchased 3.83 liter at the Fcellp oil station located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E on the same day.

At around 16:50 on the same day, the Defendant manufactured 10 chemical diseases by inserting gasoline in 10 gasolines in front of the entrance station of the subway station No. 2103, in front of the entrance station of the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, Seoul, the male toilet.

2. Use of chloat diseases;

A.
