1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant B’s urban environment rearrangement project cooperative (hereinafter “Defendant cooperative”) is a cooperative that obtained authorization for establishment on October 18, 2012 in order to remove buildings and build new buildings on the site of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D (hereinafter “instant improvement project”) based on the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (hereinafter “Urban Improvement Act”). Defendant C is the head of the Defendant cooperative.

B. On August 22, 2012, the Defendant Union selected E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “E”) as a rearrangement project management contractor for the instant rearrangement project, and entered into a service contract with E by setting the service period from the date of concluding the contract to the date of liquidation, multiplied by the total floor area of new buildings by 19,100 won per square meter (excluding value-added tax) for total floor area of new buildings.

C. After that, between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff on April 8, 2016, the Defendant Union concluded an agency service contract (hereinafter “instant service contract”) with the following contents, in which the Plaintiff, instead of the former management entity specialized in the improvement project, would act on behalf of the Plaintiff regarding the instant rearrangement project (hereinafter “instant service contract”)

3. All the tasks to select a work executor to be consulted on the selection of a work executor.
