1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. (2) On February 6, 1965, the registry of the real estate was registered as having completed registration of preservation of ownership on each building of wood and 11 square meters (36.3 square meters) and 12 square meters (39.6 square meters) on the ground of the instant land on the ground of the instant land.
