Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Ulsan-gun-gun, Ulsan-gun, C. C. 922 square meters and D. 278 square meters (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”) were originally owned by E, and around March 1981, F transferred the ownership to F, an son of E, and the F, upon death on March 28, 1988, the registration of ownership transfer was completed under the Defendant’s name with respect to each of the instant lands on August 18, 198 on the ground of inheritance due to an agreement division.
