1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. Of the area of 922 square meters in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, the respective points indicated in the annexed drawings are in sequence 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. (1) The registration relation, etc. with respect to the land (1) and D large-278 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) and D large-scale 278 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) were originally owned by E. The ownership of E was transferred to F, who is an son of E on March 28, 1981. Since F died on March 28, 198, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in G on August 18, 1988 on the ground of inheritance by agreement.
(2) On November 27, 2009, the Ulsan District Credit Union, a creditor of G, applied for an auction of real estate for each of the instant land upon the registration of the establishment of a neighboring mortgage on November 27, 2009. Accordingly, the instant court’s H auction procedure commenced.
(3) The Plaintiff was awarded a contract on April 17, 2014 in the auction procedure of this case and completed the registration of ownership transfer on each of the above lands on May 1, 2014.
B. (1) In the general building ledger, such as indication on the public record of a building on the ground, “E” is registered as being owned by newly constructing each of the wooden housing units on the ground of this case, 74.75 square meters, 42.72 square meters, and 33.54 square meters on the ground of this case.
(2) On February 6, 1965, the copy of the real estate register is registered as having completed the registration of preservation of ownership on each building of wood, apap 11 square meters (36.3 square meters) and 12 square meters (39.6 square meters) on the ground of the instant land.
C.
