Punishment of the crime

The Defendant lent KRW 50 million to D around 2010, but D was unable to pay the principal and interest at once. G, a unemployment owner, had D contact several times to get D to undergo an investigation instead of the police, but requested the defendant to take contact instead of D. On October 24, 2012, the defendant requested D to take contact with D, and on October 24, 2012, the defendant called "D was controlled by the game room, it will be subject to an investigation on behalf of D, and G will go through an investigation before receiving the investigation."

Accordingly, on October 29, 2012, prior to the police investigation, D promised to receive attorney fees and KRW 5 million per month from G if the statutory detention is made in return for G in return for the receipt of the L at the French coffee shop located in Busan, Busan, the day on which D received the police investigation. On October 30, 2012, D made a false confession as he/she actually operated the above game shop.

On November 7, 2012, the defendant continued to be investigated by the Busan District Prosecutors' Office on November 7, 2012, under the name of D as to the above game room.
