Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who worked as an assistant of a victim D (n, 41 years old) with visual disorder 1. A.

On May 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) delivered a victim who had completed her husband’s funeral at the victim’s home located in the Busan Seo-gu, Busan, from Busan to his home, and (b) delivered the victim who had returned to his husband’s funeral from Busan to his home, and (c) had the victim resisted about to engage in sexual intercourse with her husband by taking advantage of the victim’s disability that the victim could not properly resist due to her death, and that her husband could not know
