Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative of the D Co., Ltd. in Daegu Northern-gu C, who runs trade business with 20 full-time workers.

When a worker retires, the employer shall pay retirement allowances within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred, unless there exists an agreement between the parties to the extension of the due date.

Nevertheless, the Defendant is in charge of affairs and business management from January 7, 2008 to October 31, 2012 at the above workplace.
