Defendant

A is the Chairperson of the G Group Group, Defendant B, C, and D with interest on the F Village interest, who is engaged in each agriculture as a F Village resident.

The Defendants conspired to interfere with the construction of a new mooring for the victims on the ground that the permission for the construction of a mooring place was granted to Gosung-gun H, and there was no procedure for residents consultation, and that the damage, such as road damage and water pollution, etc., caused by the construction of a mooring place, thereby causing damage to the victims.

1. Defendant A, around January 27, 2016, installed one container on the access road at the construction site of Gosung-gun H in the middle of the road and obstructed the entry of the construction vehicle into the road. From February 15, 2016 to February 24, 2016, Defendant A interfered with the construction works of the mass field by force, such as: (a) parking one biter on the access road; (b) preventing the entry of the construction vehicle; and (c) preventing the entry of the construction vehicle into the access road; and (d) hindering the construction works of the mass field from January 27, 2016 to February 24, 2016.

2. Defendant B, at the same place as before February 22, 2016, parked one Track in the middle of the access road at the same place as before and after the passage of the road, preventing the construction of the road from entering the road, thereby hindering the construction of the chip construction by force from that point to February 2016.

3. Defendant C, at the same place as before February 15, 2016, parked one Track in the middle of the access road at the same time as before the passage of the road and prevented the construction of the road from entering the road, thereby hindering the construction of the chip construction work by force from that point to February 15, 2016.

4. Defendant D, at the same place as before February 22, 2016, parked one biter owned by Defendant D in the middle of the access road to the road and prevented the construction of the road from entering the road, thereby hindering the construction of the bring construction work. From that point to February 22, 2016, Defendant D, by force, interferes with the construction of the bring construction work.
