Punishment of the crime

On December 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim E’s construction work by force by preventing access roads by blocking access roads from entering the 4 bitr and 3 strings, by blocking access roads from entering the construction site, on the ground that, around December 17, 2014, E, a site site manager of D Co., Ltd., a subcontractor, who was awarded a subcontract for construction works at the new construction site at the construction site of Sacheon-si, sought to repair a site stop construction project; and (b) demanded to repair a farming road and bridge damaged by a construction vehicle, etc. from that time.
