A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

8 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The amount equivalent to the above additional charges.

Punishment of the crime

On May 22, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in the Chuncheon District Court's original branch, and completed the execution of the above sentence on May 19, 2015. On April 5, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor in the Busan District Court's Dong Branch, and on July 11, 2017, the said judgment became final and conclusive, and no narcotics handler were treated.

1. On February 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased 200,000 won from C in front of the E-way located in D, one of the most primary cities; and (b) sold c. 0.3g of c. f. c. c., a primary mental medicine, to C. c. (a one-time penphone; hereinafter referred to as “opon phone”).

2. Sale of philophones to F;

A. On March 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) on March 1, 2016, in the Defendant’s passenger car parked near H located in G, the Defendant: (b) 90,000 won from F; and (c) sold F with approximately 5 g philopon to F.

B. On March 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) parked on the Defendant’s car located near J-gu, Daegu Northern District; (b) 950,000 won from F; and (c) sold a phiphone 5g philopon to F.

On June 6, 2016, the Defendant sent approximately five g of philopon to F in the letter of express bus baggage, and then, from around 21:00 to around 22:00 on the same day, F had F receive it, and from around June 8, 2016 to June 15, 2016, the Defendant received a total of KRW 1.8 million from F to the Agricultural Cooperative account under the name of the Defendant and sold the philop.

On June 10, 2016, the Defendant sent approximately 7 g opphones to F using high-speed bus baggage in the same manner as the above 2-C at the above Ha on June 10, 2016, and then let F receive it from the above L between around 18:00 and around 19:00 on the same day, and from June 15, 2016 to June 23, 2016, the Defendant was above 2.4 million won in total over several occasions from F.
