Punishment of the crime

On November 7, 2017, around 13:50, the Defendant obstructed the business of the above ticket by force for about 10 minutes by avoiding disturbance, such as “K’s ticketing office, intended to purchase the ticket without any reason under the influence of alcohol to the unspecified number of customers, who want to purchase the ticket, and passing sound,” which is managed by the victim J of the victim J in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

On February 6, 2018, around 23:55, the Defendant obstructed the business of the above convenience store by force for about 20 minutes by avoiding disturbance, such as: (a) at the convenience store where the Victim M in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City L is engaged in, and (b) taking other customers, who were in the place without any justifiable reason, under the influence of alcohol.

5. On February 25, 2018, the Defendant: Q Q Q Kaf, which operated the Victim P, located in Jung-gu Incheon, Incheon, for the use of alcohol in the Kaf, boomed to other customers without any justifiable reason; and was able to take a warning to other customers; and was controlled by the victim from the damage. “Is the end of the end of the end of the end of the end of the day.”
