When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:10 on July 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stated that the Defendant continued to singing without paying the money within the “D Center” operated by the victim C (the age of 61) in Seogu, Seo-gu (hereinafter “D Center”); (b) made the victim himself/herself, and (c) made another customer, who was on the table table that reads “Crost,” and took a bath to sing “Issing and sing down,” and (d) tried to leave the Defendant seated and seated, and obstructed the work of the said Center for about 40 minutes by taking force, i.e., the Defendant’s attempt to keep the employee of the Center, even if he/she tried to go against the customer, thereby interfering with the work of the Center.
