A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.

On November 9, 2016, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 4,000,000 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking) at the Cheongju District Court on November 9, 2016, and on December 30, 2016, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 3,000,000 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking) at the Cheongju District Court on December 30, 2016 and received each notice of the summary order of KRW 3,00,000 on two occasions.

Criminal facts
