A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

"2015 Highest 1844"

1. On June 14, 2012, the Defendant was punished by a fine of KRW 3 million for a crime of violating road traffic law (drinking driving) at the Cheongju District Court on the same day, and on March 24, 2015, a person who was punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million for the same crime at the same court on the same day on the same day, on at least two occasions.

The Defendant, as above, was punished twice or more due to the violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking), was driving a C rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.080% from the 1km section to the front day of the Korean restaurant located in the enclosed-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu on October 31, 2015 to the front day of the same white-ro.

3. On June 14, 2012, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Cleanju District Court, and on March 24, 2015, issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for the same crime by the same court.

On December 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was punished twice or more due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving); (b) was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.091% in blood without a vehicle driver’s license on December 9, 2015; (c) was driving a 4 km car from the post office in the Heung-gu Pungdong-gu Ho-dong-gu Ho-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong to the roads in front of the fire station in the Seodaemun-gu Office-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong,
