Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On December 31, 2012, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 4 million with a fine of KRW 5 million at the Daejeon District Court for a violation of road traffic law (driving alcohol), and on November 8, 2016, a summary order of KRW 5 million with a fine of KRW 1 million was issued by the Chungcheong District Court for a violation of road traffic law (driving alcohol).
