Punishment of the crime

1. From the same point of time, the Defendant used the aforementioned small file by transmitting it to LG manager, which is a prior recording of H’s rights and duties.

In addition, from November 14, 201 to January 13, 2012, the Defendant laid down and exercised the mobile phone subscription file, which is a prior recording of the rights and obligations, in the same way four times, from around November 14, 201 to around January 13, 201.

B. The Defendant’s fraud was above.
