Punishment of the crime
"2018 Highest 3016"
1. On July 22, 2018, the Defendant infringed on a structure: (a) around 18:45, Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 4th floor victim D, resulting in theft of property in front of the E dental surgery operated by Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 34 floor victim D; (b) opened an automatic pen and opened an entrance to the office and intrudes into the office.
On August 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 02:10 on August 30, 2018, the victim G in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F1’s “H”; (b) opened a closed-down door (entry door) and opened a cash withdrawal payment period and attempted to hold money. However, the Defendant failed to open a cash withdrawal period and attempted to do so.

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;
A. On October 21, 2018, around 21:15, the Defendant: (a) went into the “K” commercial building operated by the Victim J in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul; (b) went into the said commercial building; and (c) went into the wall above the wall; and (d) took a theft of KRW 100,000,000, which is the cash owned by the victim in the safe.
B. On October 25, 2018, around 19:29, the Defendant opened a “L” commercial building operated by the victim B located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and intruded into the building, and thereafter, the Defendant occupied one wall with a face value of KRW 300,000,000, the market value of the victim’s possession, including one wall, cash 21,000, national card 1, and one card 200,000,000, which is the market value of the victim’s ownership.
2. Intrusion on a structure, theft;
A. On September 25, 2018, at around 07:00 on September 25, 2018, the Defendant opened and intruded into the guard room managed by the victim N of the victims of the Songpa-gu Seoul apartment, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and had one cellular phone at the market price owned by the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant is managed by the injured person.
