Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. A Special Act on Insurance Fraud Prevention (Insurance Fraud) around 11:00 on September 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered CYF rocketing vehicles coming from the Defendant’s operation on the side of the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City south-dong, and (b) caused a traffic accident on the right side of the vehicle, and (c) reported to D, a victimized company, with the content that B had caused a traffic accident due to its own negligence.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the damaged company as above, received 470,000 won from the victimized company to the Defendant’s account under the pretext of agreement, acquired the pecuniary benefits of KRW 8,413,620 in total under the name of medical expenses and agreement amount, such as obtaining 23,520 won from E members under the pretext of medical expenses, making the Defendant pay 23,520 won to E members under the pretext of medical expenses, and taking economic benefits, etc. from around that time to November 06 of the same year.

2. Around 20:45 on August 201, 201, the Defendant reported the Victim H to the police by suspicion of violation of the Special Act on the Aggravated Punishment (Bodily Injury) as the Defendant was facing a part of the vehicle’s right-hand arms in the way, such as Paragraph 1, on the side of the alleyway around the G elementary school located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seoul, on the side of the G elementary school. In addition, the Defendant: (a) took part of the vehicle’s international franchise; and (b) went into operation without stopping the vehicle; and (c) reported the Victim H to the police.

On 09:00 on 09:00 of the same year, the Defendant displayed a large number of blades on his left arms, and made a 2,100,000 won deposited from a drinking victim to the account in the name of the Defendant by having the victim deposit 2,10,000 won from the drinking victim, which is hot, in the process of communicating with the victim H in order to reach an agreement on the mutual infinite, located around the shooting distance of the citizens' hall in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

Ultimately, the Defendant received property by threatening the victim through the above method.

3. The Defendant who attempted to commit fraud shall be located in the territory of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City around 00:20 on June 20, 2017.
