A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On October 8, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor by habitual fraud, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and on February 24, 2012, the Seoul Detention Center completed the enforcement of the said sentence, and was released from prison on May 3, 2012 by a fine unpaid.

The defendant of "2013 Highest 35" committed a traffic accident by putting a part of his hand or shoulder at the rear of a vehicle that runs slowly on the side streets, with a view to acquiring money and valuables from a driver or an insurance company under the name of medical treatment or agreement, as if he was injured.

On August 25, 2012, at around 23:50 on August 25, 2012, the Defendant discovered that the Ecoon driven by D on the front side of the building in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, caused intentionally a shoulder on the rear side of the driver’s seat, and, on the other hand, demanded the insurance receipt of the said vehicle, and received KRW 1,483,590 from the victim Mez fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd., which is an insurance company, under the pretext of medical treatment and agreement.

In addition, from June 4, 2012 to December 6, 2012, the Defendant received or attempted total of 6,615,670 won over 16 times, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table.

"2013 Highest 415"

1. The criminal defendant is aware that he/she caused a traffic accident by taking part of the strings of vehicles running at the side of a house and caused a traffic accident, resulting in his/her injury, by pretending that he/she was injured, and is hiding money from the driver under the pretext of treatment fees or agreement.
